Please note that due to their delicate nature, antique and one-of-a-kind items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

Secure Packaging

Carefully wrap your item in its original protective packaging and boxing to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Refund

Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once our curators inspect the item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
